At LGA, we offer an experience of two gyms under one giant roof, giving families more options to explore their athletic abilities. Not only do we offer classes to all ages (walking to adults); we also offer parties, camps, open gyms, and more!

Our coaching staff are USAG, WFPF, and Red Cross certified, and go through our hands-on Legacy training. We have state-of-the-art equipment for athletes learning to flip for the first time or training at competitive levels.
