Growing up, Sladyn played basketball, baseball, and football from a young age. If he wasn’t busy training or competing in tumbling, trampoline, and team sports, he was racing motocross, building ridiculous jumps, or doing flips in a gym. The hunt for adrenaline later brought him into skydiving, stunts, and parkour. A Texas boy with a wild side, his energetic personality reflects in his coaching – whether it’s Little League, swim, gymnastics, or parkour. His passion for life is what drives him. He’s a small-town kid with a dream that brought him all the way to sunny California. YEE-HAW!
Greg has been actively involved in the gymnastics community for over 20 years. As a dad of a competitive gymnast, he participated in community events and developed an appreciation and passion for the sport. Working in a school setting, he took charge of facility management and IT for 3 campuses. Working with and around children from Pre-K to middle school provided a unique awareness and insight into today’s youth. As a systems engineer and consultant at Lockheed Martin and Boeing, he worked his way up to project manager and led a team abroad. His skill set has been perfectly groomed for Legacy Gymnastics Academy. With his insight, experience, and familiarity with the sport plus a knowledgeable, professional team backing him, LGA will be a success!

Cheerleading has been a lifelong passion of Jenn’s—one that began over 15 years ago when she first stepped onto the sidelines as a young athlete. From the moment she joined her first squad, she knew this sport would always hold a special place in her heart. Today, she’s incredibly grateful to be living the dream, not just as a cheer coach, but as someone who gets to share the journey with her husband and kids.
Over the past year, she has had the privilege of coaching at Coronado Cheer, Pershing Middle School, and Point Loma. Each of these programs has allowed her to work with amazing young athletes, watching them grow in skill, confidence, and team spirit. Her goal has always been more than teaching stunts and routines—it’s about inspiring and motivating the next generation to truly love the sport the way she always has.
Cheerleading teaches the value of hard work, dedication, and resilience. Whether preparing for a competition or cheering from the sidelines, she aims to create an environment where athletes feel supported, empowered, and proud of what they accomplish—both individually and as a team. Being able to coach and share this lifelong passion is truly a dream come true. Cheerleading shaped who she is, and she’s excited to continue giving back to the sport that gave her so much.
